March 10, 2026 (MLN): In continuation of its voluntary winding-up proceedings initiated on December 31, 2024, Pakistan Hotels Developers Ltd. (PSX: PHDL) will distribute Rs.50 per share from liquidation proceeds to its shareholders and contributories.

The company’s share transfer books will remain closed from March 25 to March 31, 2026, inclusive.
