June 23, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan PVC Limited (PSX:PPVC) has clarified its position regarding an order dated May 4, 2026, issued by the Benami Transaction Adjudicating Authority, Bench-I Islamabad, in the matter of The State Versus Ensena Holding FZC, UAE & Others.

The company said the proceedings and the resulting order are strictly directed against Ensena Holding FZC, UAE, and that it is not a principal party to the investigation.

On the matter of non-dissemination through PUCARS, the company noted that since the order was directly copied to the Pakistan Stock Exchange by the Adjudicating Authority, the formal recording requirements of the Exchange stand fulfilled.
