June 23, 2026 (MLN): Reliance Cotton Spinning Mills Limited (RCML) will be delisted from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) effective Monday, June 29, 2026, following its merger and amalgamation with Sapphire Fibres Limited (SFL).

The delisting follows the completion of the merger and amalgamation of RCML with and into SFL, with all relevant requirements for the delisting having been fulfilled.

The aforementioned was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
