July 03, 2026 (MLN): Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Ltd (PSX:JSCL) has informed that XIIth Additional District Judge / Model Civil Appellate Court, Karachi South has dismissed the civil appeal filed by TRG Pakistan Limited, upholding the earlier order that had rejected TRG's civil suit against the company.

It was stated that the judgment further affirms the company's consistently maintained position that the allegations levelled against it and the other respondents were baseless, frivolous, and mala fide in nature, and were devoid of legal merit.

No adverse findings or directions have been issued against the company, its subsidiaries, or any of their officers in the proceedings.
