July 08, 2026 (MLN): S.G. Power Limited (PSX: SGPL) has entered into a Distribution Agreement with Lablink Enterprises in relation to the distribution of Nipro hospital products in Pakistan.

Nipro Corporation, headquartered in Osaka, Japan, is a leading global healthcare and medical technology company with a history spanning more than seven decades.

The company is engaged in the development, manufacture and supply of a comprehensive range of medical devices, pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical packaging solutions, and serves healthcare providers in over 150 countries through its global manufacturing, research and distribution network.

It is widely recognized for its expertise in hospital product infusion therapy, vascular and other products.

Lablink Enterprises is the sole distributor of Nipro hospital products in Pakistan and has represented the Nipro brand in the country for over fifteen years, supplying its products to leading hospitals, healthcare institutions and clinical care providers across Pakistan.

The company said the agreement forms part of its broader strategy to expand its presence in the healthcare sector and establishes a framework for the distribution of Nipro hospital products in Pakistan through an established and experienced distribution platform.

By combining Nipro's internationally recognized product portfolio with Lablink Enterprises' longstanding market presence and distribution capabilities, the company expects to strengthen its position in Pakistan's medical devices sector and create a platform for future growth.

The company said it will provide further updates to shareholders, where appropriate, in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
