July 15, 2026 (MLN): Sapphire Fibres Limited (PSX:SFL) has established a wholly owned subsidiary, Saphir Holding L.L.C-FZ, in the United Arab Emirates.

The Company said all requisite legal and regulatory formalities in this regard have been completed.

Subsequent to the incorporation, the Company is in the process of remitting an amount of $200,000 as equity investment in the subsidiary.

The establishment of the entity is part of the Company's strategic initiative to explore international business opportunities and expand its global footprint, it added.
